I just changed my exhaust, but it is leaking a bit of black oil from where it attaches to the engine. when i plug it while running idle it doesn't stall. does this mean I have a leak?! Or is it normal

Do you recall the specs of the stand-off nut you used to bolt the exhaust to the front of the engine? Like thread size and length? Thanks! I’m about to do the same install on an ‘81 model.

Good morning sir 🌅. I am from India. I have kinetic Luna super 49 cc. electronic which is the same engine ciao. I have changed piston .4 no. Carburettor jet 45 no. But exaust pipe is small front side. Sir plz what can I do for better sound of exaust.

@@jordib8757 I suggest you to use my „original look“ Setup - 43malossi, Gianelli Citypower, 13/13 Carburetor, Malossi Airfilter, ported engine, stronger springs for clutch 65kph (gps)

Mijn ciao komt niet meer op snelheid het lijkt wel of die ineens veel minder vermogen heeft eerst haalde die 55 en nu blijft die hangen op 40 ongeveer, wat kan dat zijn?

als ik u zou zijn zou ik beginnen met het uitkuisen van de carbu . elk gaatje goed doorprikken en zorgen dat het filtertje mooi proper is . het kan zijn dat er een beetje vuil in de sproeier zit waardoor er minder benzine toekomt . dus begin met de carbu en de luchtfilter . kijk ook eens of de benzine goed doorloopt . dus darmpje van de carbu trekken en het kraantje openzetten . als het niet goed doorloopt moet het kraantje eraf want daar zit ook een filter achter . als hij nog niet goed draait kan het zijn dat je valse lucht trekt . dit is natuurlijk een groter probleem . dan moet je de keerring en pakkingen controleren . laat de motor draaien en spuit met brakecleaner op elke pakking dat je kan zien . als je hoort dat het toerental omhoog gaat heb je een lek . opgelet de keerring kan je zo niet controleren . daarvoor moet het vliegwiel eraf

@@semke88 wat is de functie eigenlijk van die keering die onder het vliegwiel zit, wat heeft de keering er mee te maken dat hij valse lucht pakt?

@@Bramvissers dit zorgt voor een afsluiting tussen krukas en het carter . als hij versleten is dan kan hij daar lucht aanzuigen

Het is niet omdat je iets gratis krijgt dat je meteen all out moet gaan . Ik denk niet dat ik een gratis cilinder kit had gekregen als ik meteen een +100€ uitlaat had gekozen

@@peugeotboer167 nee mijn handmade ligt ook mooi droog op zolder nu naast mn calibrata Heb in de winter altijd goedkopo citypower eronder maar rijd toch niet veel in de winter dus maakt opzich niet veel uit.

Yes, Proma CC is very good! Or if you want something that is more hidden tuning the "Giannelli 'Original Power'" is pretty good to add acceleration and higher top speed and looks more original. JMPB is one of the best stores for Ciao but I could not find it in their webshop.
