It seems we are on the same table because i go mine too just yesterday and i'm watching this video now because someone said Spark 20c 256gb is better and i was a bit sad about it.

@@ayokunle8715 l wil like to share some experiences l don't know if it happening to just me but here are my opinions 1) the phone closes app like KZbin and mining games randomly it doesn't happen often but it has happened twice as at today 2) the switching between apps apps like boomplay and finance closes in background too quickly 3) l have notice some experiences of lags and occasional stutters when doing multiple task like downloading in background and browsing at the same time 3) the battery charges really fast but during usage it changes according to use l don't know if it just me but l use a spark 20 also and it has over 2 hrs battery difference 4) the network is super fast but it just stops a few times for no reason even on the esim it came with . That's all the bad about it I got the black color it looks great and light bounces off it well It a great deal for it's price am sure Tecno will fix all the wrong with system update because the hardware is amazing

It could be that it was rough handled by the seller or during delivery to the seller. If that is the case, you have nothing to fear. Just make sure that there is no suspicious app installed.
