Tecumseh Mouse Blocker Part 3; Keep Mice out, Adjust the Governor

I have a Wheel Horse garden tractor with a Tecumseh engine. This is the second time mice have built a nest in the flywheel housing so I'm going to make something to stop them. This is part 3 of a multi-part video.
