Wheel Horse 416-H Cleanup part 1

My regular mower quit working, so I needed something else. This Wheel Horse 416-H was for sale nearby out in the country. The price was good because it didn't run. I've never had one like this, I'm gonna take a chance on it and see if I like it.

nice machine and great find.That machine is just getting started at 500 hrs.I know the Onan can't be a bit pricey with parts and availability but you should have no problem with this one I think Probably a easy fix.. thx

fyi -- the mule drive belt is in the incorrect pto pulley slot - belt correctly beleongs in the inside slot for mowing

You're right, it says in my book: inner groove for mower and tiller; outer groove for snowthrower, lawn vac, generator and loader. Thanks, I learned something, had to go look it up.

@@PackratsFabrications its not an uncommon mistake and then people wonder why the mower isnt working properly - its always interesting when reading questions on facebook or other online comments and questions how many people do not have or read the manuals -- i periodlically go back and read them just because there is often a concept or procedure or setting or something else relevavent that i re-discover
