Glad you liked it. Realme is making the skin appear naturally pink. Note 10 Pro is making it appear too pale, so when compared side by side, you might have thought that its looking reddish. For some reason when there are people in the shot, Redmi is making the colours look faded. It is one of the things that Xiaomi needs to fix with an update.

I would strongly recommend you to wait for the Note 12/12 Pro. Redmi is not that good with software updates so I think its won't be very wise to go with the Note 10 Pro which is now a couple of years old.

Realme 8 pro with its inferior design, display, processor, camera cannot be better than Redmi Note 10 Pro. Yes, software is a slight issue but 12.5 is going to fix most of those issues hopefully.

@@yelnatStanley I changed my phone 😂 So I have no clue. But I did use my phone for a couple of months after 12.5 upgrade and it seemed to be running smoothly. Only issue would be battery draining

Those are ok if there is plenty of light, but in normal or less than adequate light, they look very grainy. There is also lot of ghosting due to EIS in 1080p 30fps videos.

It has Pro mode, so if you have clear shy and if you know how to use the Pro mode in night time for long exposure photography, you can get decent looking images of the sky and stars with it. Just dont expect it to perform like a high end phone.

You need to blame Redmi/Xiaomi for that. In India they launched Redmi Note 10 Pro with 64MP camera and Note 10 Pro Max with 108MP camera. One with 108MP camera is called Note 10 Pro elsewhere.

In India we get the option of 64 or 108mp camera. Redmi Note 10 Pro comes with 64MP camera and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max comes with 108MP camera. This way, someone who isn't much of a camera person can spend less and get the 64MP one.
