Man, Arsenio and the WWF at the time had an amazing chemistry. ALL of these appearances from WWF stars were immediate classics. They're basically a promotion for the WWF, any of its upcoming events, while also doubling as comedy sketches where you get the see Arsenio be the "cowardly" comedian who always risks "getting in harm's way" just to pull off a joke. But it's ALSO the unintended aspects of it that make it even THAT much more entertaining. For example, watching the guys who were supposed to be playing bad guys try to keep a straight face in front of the cameras in spite of Arsenio's jokes is so funny to me 😂😂 I'll give you two examples- if you haven't done so, check out the time that Zeus was a guest, and also when Bad News Brown was a guest. Both guys were fighting to stay in character in both appearances. I almost saw Boss Man crack up here once or twice. These are very special little corners and crumbs of wrestling history, and I am so very grateful that they are here and available for us to enjoy once again.

Man Ted Dibiase was and still is as sharp as a knife. He played this character and had a way with words and answering questions quick witted. This was an extremely tough character to play and had to be balanced well because of the whole "buying people , slave thing as a white man who thinks he could buy anyone arrogant to boot.
