@@RobertJW facts. Randy Johnson is a damn legend in the MLB. He's a Hall of Fame pitcher who rates on the high end of HOF pitchers. Him and Bob Gibson are probably the most intimidating pitchers in the history of baseball. He's second all time in Cy Young Awards with five. However, he will always be remembered for hitting that bird with a 100 mph fastball. I would like to see a breakdown from a scientist on how crazy that circumstance was. It had to be a one out of a billion type type thing.

Kind of yeah. I not dislike her at first but didn’t like her either but I understand why she acted that way. Pat said she not fit with the team, but like that kinda is the point. She’s a therapist, she supposed to be outsider to give a perspective when needed.

Just started to re watch the series when I saw you were reacting to it. 3rd time through and its fun to catch some character development seeds that I did not realize were introduced in early episodes. The quick subtle facial reactions the actors have with each other are awesome and not something I noticed the first time around.

yayyy season 2! you guys made some correct predictions here and i’m like ooooh!😂 i remember having kind of the same reaction when dr. sharon came but the thing about ted lasso is you can’t be so sure about anything. i ended up liking her a lot! and about roy doing yoga with the mums, he explained it in season 1 when keeley confronted him asking why he rejected her invitation for a date. it’s because he was busy doing yoga with mums, it’s good for his core😂

I still don't think that Roy Kent speech, about him not deserving her and she needs someone that super excites her is bullshit. Like she is some teenager that needs to ride off with someone on a bike or some shit. Certainly nothing to awww about imo, someone talking another adult out of their relationship to chase some high school understanding of love somewhere And I know the show is making him a bit annoying on purpose and her not into him, but hat speech and meddling like that is still bulshit.

Idk. I think he's expressing it in hyperbolic language, but the point was more that he and their relationship was just... fine. They didn't have great chemistry, they didn't connect well, he didn't enrich Rebecca's life in any way, and Rebecca was realizing that she was playing it safe because she was too scared to get hurt again so she was subconsciously picking someone she didn't think she'd ever feel vulnerable with, that she'd never risk anything at all by being with. Like that's largely the point, not that she should find a perfect impossible person.
