100% unrelated but only because I just came across it on tv now. You MUST watch M Night Shyamalan’s movie “Signs” about a pastor who lost his faith after his wife died, then the aliens come. Mel Gibson and Joaquin Phoenix with a very young Abigail Breslin (Zombieland) and Rory Culkin, youngest of the Culkin clan (Kieran, MacCauley, etc). It takes place on a farm; I think you’d REALLY enjoy it.

Daily (Pee Wees Big Adventure and Tommy Pickles) and Deborah Foreman, with a killer soundtrack. Then, Real Genius, a fun comedy with Val Kilmer (Top Gun) also with Deborah Foreman. Then, more recent films, but still older, 90s?- Romy and Michelle’s High School reunion, a great fun comedy. And Grosse Pointe Blank, a fun hitman action comedy with a great 80s soundtrack. ❤❤❤
