I just met him at GreatClips in Lincoln Village on West Broad, today while I walked in to get a haircut. Really humble guy, great to talk to! Glad someone smiled down on him and he's doing better.

I hope you guys don't think every homeless person has a drug or alcohol addiction. Because I don't. And just because I know how to go to a Starbucks and use the Wi-Fi to Post messages on KZbin doesn't mean that I have support. And please don't say just get a job as everything is done electronically, . Also clothing and Grooming utensils are hard to come by. Its not like u have a room to store basic necessities on the Streets. And homeless shelters are troubles waiting to happen.

The reason this video is not being viewed is because it is being rated down to the gutter. 75% Dislikes? It will never show up in KZbin or Google search results! You should have had the "Common Sense" to ask your Reporters and Dispatch's Staff Teenage Kids what would happen before The Columbus Dispatch Acted. It's absolutely true that you owned the video. p.s. Instead of getting heavy, we simply sent a message to the guy who uploaded our content. He said he'd just found it funny and wanted to share it. No offence was intended and he was making no money. He offered to put up proper credit in the video description. My request to all. Whenever you run across a story such as this, don't assume it'll take a life of its own, on its own. It won't. It can't. There are too many other stories that drown out the one before it. You need to spend time to get that story and its word out to many. If you care, you'll do it. The first person to post this video on youtube was another KZbin channel, but the video was removed due to copyright infringment, and I have a feeling the people disliking the video aren't actually disliking the video but the dispatch who removed the original viral video.

Without Ritchy posting the video to youtube, the video would've never went viral and Ted Williams left homeless and never met his mother. Even though there were copyright violations, it's a disgusting act to let alone remove the video but also not credit Ritchy to skyrocket Ted Williams to fame. The whole part of the story was essential on that one video and removing it just erased the milestone of the outstanding views the video has received and erased the catalyst to this heartwarming story.

You went right to your lawyers, and blew all the goodwill your paper did on this story. The sad thing is the original uploader of that video, ritchey, credited the Dispatch at the end of that clip.
