I remember back in the day Gerry I was on our Massey 135 & haybob my younger brother was on the pitchfork raking hay from the ditches.He never looked too happy about it.

What made you buy the Malone? Had a look at one of those at Lamma, didn't like the idea of the big lump of bar at the end of the time arm,not really needed. Did they say why they use this idea? Looking a good crop.whats your prediction of bales?
@gerry64205 жыл бұрын
Round bar that the tine is bolted to? Its for strength.lot of the others I thought were weak at that point, left the option for good angle on the hook tine. It really throws the grass. To be honest I was going to purchase a lely until I stumbled across the malone. Had used the krone. Thought was very light, hadn’t hook tines. Just not at the races. Over all the malone was a lot stronger built then the krone or lely machines. Well made, strong, lots of adjustments and few simple features for headlands and transport positions. into season 2 with it. Very happy with it
