Every time I hear this song, it always takes me back to when he had that car accident. Our local radio station played this after they broke the news that he was in a bad car accident. If that hadn't happened, he would have been HELLA BIG! He had what it took. R.I.P. indeed KING.

Teddy was So smooth! I still have this song on a 45" vinyl record from back in the day. Everyone I knew was flipped out over this song and Teddy's voice. Teddy Pendergrass was one of the most famous electrifying entertainer during his time; he came from the group (Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes). Women would throw their panties at him on stage while he was performing. lol his concerts were MAD CRAZY! Everything went downhill when he had that horrible car accident which tragically paralyzed him from the neck down. I'll never forget that day when it happened... it was so SAD! He was bound to a wheelchair until he died in 2010.
