I'll give y'all a jewel I never heard anybody else mention anywhere: Teddy Riley sneak dissed them back in a smooth way. They tried to take Teddy's beat and 2Pac was screaming on the track about how they wasn't rocking it right. Teddy's very next single with Blackstreet? "Don't Leave Me Girl," which used the same sample as "I Ain't Mad Atcha." I see you Teddy 😂 That was smooth. I can't be the only person in the world who caught that back then.

Pac went after everyone that attack him first, when Dr. Dre left " DEATH💺ROW " he worked with NAS on the message. Prior to that song Nas never said anything negative about 2Pac, listen to the first bars of that song and ask yourself who is Nas speaking of? That was Dre using NAS as his " LAPDOG ", in the South it's called, " Throwing Rocks, Then Hiding Your Hand." The behavior of " COWARDS ", remember Dre doesn't write raps, he's just a Producer.

@@kelvinbentley2777 If you’re referring to that “fake thugs get no love” line, that was not directed at Pac. (Nas wasn’t Dre’s lap dog either) That whole mess was a misunderstanding addressed by Pac & Nas and it was squashed. Listen to Napoleon’s interview & he talks about it, talked about how Pac showed love for Nas afterwards and was going to remove any references to Nas off of his Machiavelli album and they were supposed to chop it up in Vegas but got killed before he had a chance to.

Teddy is reaching on being dissed on Toss It Up. The song was clearly a diss towards Dre; Teddy was just caught in the crossfire when mentioned in the outro because No Diggity was Blackstreet's joint. And Aaron Hall might of had an affiliation to Teddy with Guy, but he doesn't diss him whatsoever. His verse is about ladies and big booties.

It was an indirect diss. You’re right, no words were said to diss him but the pettiness was there. The “you gonna use our old producer” then we gonna “use your old front man”
@jondoe-du2fr
@jondoe-du2fr 2 жыл бұрын
@@ysaakwisdom9414 I hear that. But based on what we all know about Pac - he wasn't indirect about ANYTHING. If he wanted to diss you, you knew about it. Using Aaron Hall was indeed strategic, but I still don't feel it would constitute a diss to the extent that Teddy is trying to claim it was... I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree.

All to often " GENIUSES " are called Crazy, because they think outside the box. It would've been a " HUGE HIT " if Pac was on the Original Track Of No Diggity, instead of Dr. Dre. It also would've been " BETTER " to put Pac on the Remix of " If You Need A Fix ", instead of Old Dirty Bastard. It would've been a " CLUB BANGER ", because Women loved that song.
