IJF gave him the score later , but the ridiculous thing is that they both were declared winners , while in fact Tasoev scored first thus he alone should have been considered the winner

Riner doit rendre sa médaille d or et récupérer celle qu il a méritée,: en argent ,,! Il serait un géant du sport de faire ce geste sportif et martial...je le souhaite pour le respect qu il se doit qu il doit au judo à son adversaire à ses fans...

Yesterday the Refereeing Commission of the IJF said that Tasoev's throw could be (instead of should be) awarded. They also humbly apologized (not mentioning Tasoev). What about the guilty referee. He must be banned from officiating in future tournaments. What about the gold medal. Tasoev deserves it and not Riner. Riner is a great judoka, but he clearly lost this match and this gold medal in his hands is tainted. Riner is the first to act now.

An ippon requires your opponent to land flat on their back WITH control. Tasoev had no control in that position, it was a failed weird kani basami by Riner.

Ist doch schon seit über 20 Jahren so! Riner gewann erst ohme Unterbrechung ab 2010 seitdem sie das Beinziehen verboten haben. Seitdem können ja kleiner Gegner Riner gar nicht mehr unten rein greifen wenn der sich auch noch wie der letzte Löffel immer drauf stützt. Hier macht er das weniger aber bei vielen Kämpfen wie letztens gegen den Japaner, stützt er sich mit ausgestreckten Armen auf den und macht nix. Das würde normal wiederholt mit Shido bestraft und er wäre lange raus. Da wird schon lange betrogen und mit Judo hat das nix mehr zu tun!

I felt that the last team competition in Paris 2024 was kind of weird but seriously, here the russian landed first on his back in some kind of reverse uchimata. It´s ok if you don´t like Rinner but some people calling him amateur or just a big bear is way too much.

That's how Judo tends to work. You can't just use every throw in Judo, you usually pick out the best set for a range of scenarios. Teddy's Harai Goshi is very powerful.

Riner : 145 kg... Tasoev : 101 kg... Plus une 'erreur' d'arbitrage défavorisant un russe... Que Riner prenne rapidement sa retraite. Il n'a rien apporté au judo au XXIème siècle. Juste un gros ours plus grand et plus lourd que ses adversaires. Rien à voir avec une vraie et déjà légende du judo, Shohei Ono, bien moins titré, mais qui marquera à jamais l'esprit du vrai judo !

Très bien dit. Lors de cette rencontre en plus, Riner a tiré profit de l'ambiance raciste anti-russe qui baigne dans le sport aussi. Un type antipathique qui se fait flatter par les politiques dégénérés français.

Teddy Riner a fait beaucoup de mal à notre sport. Il n'a jamais apporté au Judo plus que son grand poids et son aide à l'arbitrage pour le favoriser. Je n'utilise jamais les principes de Jigoro Kano et j'étais juste un gros ours sur un tapis. Il a été le vaniteux de la IJF pour on ne sait quel intérêt

Teddy Riner has done great damage to our sport. He never contributed to Judo more than his great weight and his refereeing aid to favor it. I never use Jigoro Kano's principles and was just a big bear on a mat. He has been the conceited of the IJF for who knows what interest
