yeah he didnt say its just a bar they cant dip bellow so anything above 300k is good, keep in mind in that in previous and same meetings he would point out who were the max/top earners. so in other words crews that bring in the most will be getting some rewards or something along those lines. 300k isn't just a crap quota its a benchmark to start from
