I came down from Mpls to attend the show, my first trip to Red Rocks, what can I say it was overwhelming. I'm and old enough that I saw Duane Allman perform In Memory of Elizabeth Reed many years ago, what a great way to close the set!

I took my son for his birthday, we flew from San Jose CA just because King was opening and he hadn’t had any west coast dates yet. I’ve seen TTB 5 times already so I wouldn’t have made the trip if Marcus wasn’t opening and it was my first time at Red Rocks. Holy shit what an awesome place and unbelievable show! So now I’ve got tickets for MK in San Francisco and Santa Cruz next month, can’t wait because half an hour is way to short of a set. This kid is no joke, shredder on the guitar and gritty soulful voice. Yah I’m a fan. Our seats were 2nd row dead center. Gonna be hard to top this one!

That's "Hopefully" my next Bucket List venue. Has been 14moths since my last live show. Feels like a prison sentence.😔

Was at this one. Last time I ever saw Kofi. It was an awesome show from beginning to end.

This is sick!!! Saw MKB open for Gov't Mule at RR a couple years ago and they closed the show with Warren and Marcus trading licks on Dreams & Melissa and I just about died and went to heaven. So Derek and Marcus tackling Liz Reed seems so fitiing. SO GRATEFUL for these artists and their art

Had the thrill of seeing that show live as well and was thrilled to find videos and recordings that did it justice. It was Sunday at church with Susan et al and Liz Reed was the exclamation point! Such a great memory.

Brett Johnson and the beauty of Derek is that he let him. Markus is really good and Derek and Susan showcased him. He gained a ton of fans on this tour

Sometimes it just seems Marcus tries doing the Derek thing in his solo's, and it just doesn't work! I love Marcus and his band, but too many times when he's sitting in, with a Trucks, Herring or Scofield, he can't put it together as natural as the ones mentioned. Jack Pearson and Jimmy Herring are my two favorites by far, when they're playing with Derek!!
