Watching Topher bro's video, I thought this car handling sharp corners at around 80 mph (around 130 km/h) was pretty good. And here I am watching THIS video about Honda's test driver driving this on track, surprised how FLAWLESSLY this handles sharp corners at over a freaking 90 mph (145 km/h)! My god, this is INCREDIBLE! Especially for a FWD car! People are not joking at all when they say the Type-R is the best handling FWD car. Amazing work, Honda! And amazing video, Tedward bro!

Crazy seeing someone drive that thing so good. I think it realy ads to the experience and shows what the car is capable of 😁 The only thing I think Is annoying about this car is the beeping wen you approach redline l mean is there a way to turn this of? I would really annoy me 😅 I have the cool revlimiter so I don't need a beep to tell me that it's time to shift up. At least that's my opinion willst watching this video 😅 Thanks for sharing this cool experience 😊

What a waste of R&D time. This car will never be obtainable to be what it was meant to be (affordable performance). People with disposable income will buy them and keep them in garages while targeted demographic will have to settle for KZbin videos. This is a USA problem to be clear, not world problem. Only USA has aggressive laws protecting dealers and mandating they exist without any control. It boggles my mind that the company who made the car is powerless in preventing their customers from being ripped off. People who made the car said this car costs $44K but we have to give it to a third party who had nothing to do with R&D so they can add $25K mark up to line their pockets before our customers can have it. If you think about it, it is quite insane.
@TedwardDrives2 жыл бұрын
The markups on the FK8 were pretty insane when they came out. We're in the first few weeks of release. No surprises here with prices. Time will bring them down like every other car. Look at C8!
@Domi392 жыл бұрын
You should have told him a car with rev hang, fake engine noise, and a variable steering ratio, isn't a sports car. I cannot believe that we still are dealing with this horseshit. All these configurable drive modes and you still can't turn it all off even in the most aggressive one? What a joke. I'm glad I sold my 10th gen. These cars feel insulated and vague. They drive themselves and communicate nothing to the driver. I see nothing different here compared to my 10th gen. I'm not asking for a race car for the street, but fuck I am not paying 20k above MSRP for a car that's a worse drivers car than what we had 30 years ago. If I'm spending that kind of money I want the latest and greatest. Not a compromise like what modern "sports" cars have turned into. We continue to go backwards. But for the ignorant masses that live their lives backwards, it's forwards.
@ronburgundy43752 жыл бұрын
Really wish they'd throw a dct in this and get rid of the dealer markups thr mfg markup was bad enough
