Steve - you were right. It happened. Agile fever is still strong and going on. We still have so much work helping organizations focus on delighting customers. we are not there. that is the major shift.

He's completely correct. Too many businesses are sooooo slow in changing direction/making course corrections and end up in the wrong destination. Not entirely new; there have been other thinkers and people who espoused similar ideas - but do leaders listen? No, not usually. It means too much personal change often painful when they visualise it and then either ignore the opportunity or pretend to go through the motions.
