Author and journalist Gregg Satell takes us through history and his own experiences to explore the hallmarks of successful movements and revolutions, as well as those that fail.
Greg Satell is a popular writer, speaker and innovation advisor, whose work has appeared in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fast Company, Inc. and other A-list publications. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President - Strategy & Innovation at Moxie Interactive, a division of Publicis Groupe, one of the world’s leading marketing services organizations as well as Co-CEO of KP Media, a leading publisher of magazines and websites in Ukraine, including the newsmagazine Korrespondent and the web portal, Bigmir.

very good points, we should learn how to make and manage a movement to the end successfully and boy we need desperately to start movements in all direction in our solid american society which opposes any movement for many years

10 of thousands of people flood the streets. I hear the church bells ringing and as our fallen foes retreat I hear the drinking song their singing. the world turns upside down

Shaheen bagh is our last hope. Couple of people protecting there affects the future of 1/6th of the population of earth. Either it will crumble down or will be the greatest protest in recent history

EXCEPT that those who are in the majority, who are comfortable with their lives will never submit to showing up to protest when they're at risk of being shot dead.

It's really easy for a revolution to fail but what makes latin american revolutions so remarkable is that they do it every single time
