I’m a harpist. I don’t know the brand but it is just an electric harp. They sound pretty awful until amplified. There’s no soundboard on these, kind of like acoustic vs electric guitar. There’s also electric/acoustic harps. I have 3 that can be played either way. The difference is that they can sound like a harp, because they have a sound box or amplified can be made to sound any way you want with the right pedals. With a pick up and pre amp they will do anything.
