I simply enjoy so much every talk of Juan. He has the ability to point out the obvious in a way so well stated. His lucidity is astonishing. Hope in a few reencarnations I'll be able to do the same. Also, as a Brazilian, i deeply identify myself in homeland politic and social affairs misconducts. One of his books he highlights the strategic error taht Brazil made in prioritizing football instead of Sciences. He compares South Korea vs Latin America and the results that you get in 3 decades of such misleading politics... Touching

If Gortari studied Zapata's movement it must've been to learn how to undermine it..pro-corporate raider NAFTA deal opened the door for mass land grabs by wealthy, (often foreign) corporates, actions speak louder than words...elite planned, imbalanced poverty-scenario is root of discontent.
