Globalization is neither good nor bad. It has its advantages and distadvantages. It all depends on the point of view. We can't assume it's good , because then we are ignoring all the problems that emerge from globalization itself: climate change, gap between the rich and the poor becomes larger etc. So, instead of saying that's everything is gonna be alright, we should talk about solutions.

Globalization is the expansion of capitalism. Actually globalization is a capital economic system. Capitalism is a success in a democratic regime. But the globalization is out a state regime control. It maybe a challenge or a disaster to democracy. Because the nature of capitalism is contradictory to democracy. For instance, the low human right is benefit to capitalism, but it is harm to democracy. In a democratic country the capitalism is restrained by democracy, but it not restrained in a totalitarianism country. In a totalitarianism country the capitalism will get more benefit through the low human right. Then the globalization will destroy the balance of international economic market. It will seriously impact the all democratic regime system.

Some of the key questions to understand Globalization is: Who passes the laws that determine the nature of global governance? whose currency and which banks dominate this world? I would ask what are the pillars of power that support Globalism and where are they centered? An assumption often made is that due to the nature of Globalism these centers of power are evenly distributed across the planet. they are not. The Internet is mainly centered in America. It is not for example equally represented by Africa or South America . This would help understand the nature of Globalism today.
