In respose to a wonderful disertation,in my mother's words...nosedarovie! All those words describe my journey trogh craft brewing these last 3 years. I bewed wine for 15 years to about age 30. Keep preachin th e sermon,bro. Sam has also led me to go askew from the norm. Light & dark hybrid lagers. I'm working on my 2nd attempt at the #3 Burton ale of the 1890's. PM version witha 1 hour boil to equal the extended boil of the old days. we think much alike,love to here from you...
