While I do understand that environment and socioeconomic factors play a huge role in our health. I still believe that if you want it bad enough and if it's important enough you can still be healthier. Maybe not the epitome of health but enough to improve your over all health. it's about doing the best you can given the circumstances at hand. Again, not discrediting anyone but it's more of a question of will and how much your health REALLY matters to you. We can't be victims of our circumstances all the time.

That is sad that in the richest country in the world you need to have money to go see a doc. Here in Canada we have to pay for dentists and eye docs unless insured but going to a regular doc any one who lives here can go for nothing we just need a health card which we pay for through our taxes....
