With today's NFL salary cap situation no team can afford a superstar quarterback and 2 star receivers. I love Tee but to pay him what he deserves would take too much money away from other positions.

Jordan Battle should be the starting Strong Safety. I love Von Bell but Battle is a better player. Battle made the All Rookie team last year. Battle only started 7 games and had 71 tackles. Imagine if he starts 17 games! He had 71 tackles 2 sacks and 1 interception and I think like 5 pass deflections. In 7 games. Battle is bigger than Bell too. And Battle is what is now going to be a VERY rare commodity. What do I mean? A defensive back trained by the best college and defensive back coach that has ever lived. Nick Saben.

The Bengals very rarely have traded anyone. The last one I remember is the Carson Palmer trade. That is worth the Goggle for what the Bengals received. The Bengals have a very old school way. I actually like the way they do things, BUT this time, it stinks because Tee is so likable and talented. The Bengals' history is GREAT on players who they let go and not done as well when they were Bengals. There are a select few that still played well. WHO knows??

Why are we assuming Matt Lee will be the center of the future. If we go into a season woth matt lee as our unproven center ill be very worried. He was a 7th round pick for a reason.

And Matt Lee can and has played guard in college. He is 6’4’’ 301 at the combine he weighed 301. Lots of guards that are 300-305. Chiefs LG Joe Thuny is 6’5’’ 304. Same thing. Lee played guard before he played center. I would cut Trey Hill because he is worthless and Lee would be the backup center. He can play guard if neccesary but we have a backup guard already. His name is Cody Ford. Trey Hills RAS score is 2.01. That’s all I need to say. He is the most unathletic center in the entire NFL. And they knew this when they drafted him.

They lost a whole year on 'defense' letting Bates walk. Spent draft choices and more FA's trying to fix. They seem to be fine this year, but we will not know for sure until the season starts. Don't let your blue chip players walk.

Burton is a 1st or 2nd round talent. At Bama it looked like he was playing against a bunch of high school players. I’m glad they got Jackson at 97 because he wouldn’t have been there when they picked again. He is a true nose tackle who played 4 years and started 2 in the SEC and was a team captain and he is 6’2’’ 330. What’s not to like?

The Bengals are paying Burrow 55 and will have to pay Chase at least 36 if not more. That’s your 2 big ticket players. Those 2 guys and Trey Hendrickson. Next year BJ Hill and Mike Hilton come off the books and we already have their replacements on the team so that was smart. They didn’t draft Dax Hill to play the nickel but that’s what he is good at. It makes me think they didn’t even watch that kids college tape! Couldn’t they see he was an elite nickel CB!? Anyway Tees replacement is already in the team too. So is Tyler Boyd’s. There names are Burton and Iosivas. Iosivas has bulked up this year. Dude has been training like he is going to the fucking Olympics. He looks to be around 218-220 lbs.

Maybe it was a decent plan but, if it were they should’ve seen it coming maybe? It’s a complicated fix. But I’m also of the mind, hey, if the first rounder doesn’t hit but the 2nd/3rd/4rth does and are great players. Then who gives a shit…
