They really need to do something about this. I'm mainly an Aram player and Teemo was annoying before (since the removed any way to find shrooms in Aram UNLESS you have a Cannon or Super BUT if you are losing you basically can do nothing) but now it feels like a plague. I touched one shroom and lost 1.5hp... his Darts are hitting for 1k. And that's on three items. I can't imagine how broken it must be on the Rift since hitting 3 Items is standard. I'd assume Teemo gets 1-2 kills in lane and that lane is over forever.
