A teenager admitted he pushed a log off a cliff that killed a mother as she stood below. Now he’s asking for forgiveness from her family. Victoria Schafer was a professional photographer who was taking pictures of high school seniors in Ohio State Park on Labor Day 2019. As she and the students were walking back to the parking lot, a 70-pound log came crashing down on top of the photographer, crushing her. Witnesses tried to help, but the mother of four was pronounced dead at the scene. #InsideEdition

How absolutely devastating for this family. A beautiful young mother and wife just spending her life capturing moments for others to remember forever and she loses her life in such a tragic and unnecessary way! And although I don't wish to downplay the tragedy in any way, I am very surprised by these 2 young men actually taking responsibility. I'm not one to expect emotion of tears but I do pray that the apology wasn't scripted by the attorney. If any good comes from this I hope it is that young people can see and understand how such a terrible decision can result in DEATH. This so reminds me of the kids throwing rocks over the overpass. Please think about all of your actions, they can have such terrible horrific consequences for others and yourself.
