The bodega owners told the guy dragging him to take him out of the store,. The kid went there to that bodega because he grew up there, that's his usual corner store. Thinking that they were going to help him at least call the cops but no nothing, they wanted him out and then when the kid stumbled back into the store and left AGAIN they just watched. The store has been shut down now. There were 3 cars full of people on this one 15 year old. It was insane over nothing.

See i live in New York. I live in a place where it looks all nice but there are some hot areas where shit goes down. To answer a thing that joe said, there are no self defense laws in New york so if you see someone getting attacked or your attacked you can’t stay there if you defend yourself. For example im a martial artist, if i get attacked and I defend myself, i need to leave as soon as i get the attacker down or off me. If i stay there and hurt the attacker bad, i can get sued and im the one who could get the consequences. This junior thing angers me too because im a teen too and what if tgat happens to me and im looking for help and all people do is record me. People decided to record him instead of help, then i bet some of them are saying justice for junior when they could have saved him. That fucking angers me and scares me
@Robomonkey1016 жыл бұрын
Kelly Feliz nyc is notorious for that bystander/bypass effect and sometimes its contagious people either watch and don't get involved or they just walk by. You have to litteraly point and look at someone and say Help! Call 911
@kellyfeliz64036 жыл бұрын
Robomonkey101 exactly. In the video it looked like junior was talking to somebody at the end too but he still had to run to the hospital himself. It’s just so upsetting to see how society is nowadays. That could be me, what if im attacked that badly and im clearly in need and people I KNOW record me. I’d never forgive that. Btw I know my grammer sucks im just so upset
@gaby59306 жыл бұрын
They need to redo this. REDO THIS ARTICLE. There is a lot to this case they did not talk about. Like the fact he was lured down to help someone w $5. Like the fact the boy that was supposed to get attacked is the girls boyfriend (the girlfriend was also a NYPD explorer). They need to show the vid of junior in front of the hospital where he’s bleeding. They need to show junior hiding behind the counter in the bodega. They need to show all the men in the bodega who did not call 911. They need to talk about how Trinitarios (the gang) shamed the guys who committed the case. They need to talk about how one of the guys fled to Dominican Republic and was arrested there . They need to talk about how these guys came from New Jersey to commit this crime. They need to talk about the girl who set all of this up Facebooks post. RE DO THIS ARTICLE

Both were in a a gang though, well more like a losers club because they didn't commit that much crime and they didn't do shit with their lives but hang out and talk shit. Though I am not informed enough about gang violence and the lives of those who live in neighborhoods that are rampant with it, I feel that the people who stood there and recorded the poor young man bleeding out without helping him is either just as bad as the man’s attackers, or worse. I didn’t even know who this boy was, but ugh, seeing that video where he’s being attacked...I want to blame even the civilians for not helping him & instead pulling their phones out to record. That is sad, very disgusting & cruel that people just watched him die & didn’t do anything.
