Fun Fact: When the McDonald’s employees say that the ice cream machine is “broken”, it’s NOT broken. The reason why they say this is because the Mcdonalds' ice cream machines have a RIDICULOUS long cleaning process, so when they say it’s “broken” the ice cream machine is being cleaned.
