Hey Klai, here are some video ideas for your sister series: ~you could try to do a sister series’ video once or twice a month within your regular video posts ~one video could contain the three of you, in a circle or wherever, asking each other what the three best things and three worst things about being in a big family may be. It may help large families to identify. ~one video could be a skit on how you avoid guys that are too persistent or a skit on different dating scenarios (people love those) ~one video could be the differences between homeschool and public/private school as well as their positives and negatives ~two truths and a lie videos can be a blast! These are just some off of the top of my head. Good luck though.😊

Self emptying silicone Flex menstrual disc is a lifesaver! I would highly recommend!!! Super easy to put in similar to a tampon and unlike a cup and way better than a cup bc you can empty as you pee so it’s convenient for school or at work or something and even at home there’s no mess all day long. They don’t leak either like a cup sometimes might. It’s also not full of toxic chemicals like in pads or tampons. And instead of pads for the later days or backup, period underwear that are washable and reusable are the best. They’re so lucky to have you show them the ropes, great job! ❤

It’s very useful to wear tampons during the day but pads at night because you can’t wear tampons for more then 8hrs !

A big recommendation for when girls get there periods. I have been using period underwear it can be found at Sams Club it's in a big purple box. It has sizes S-XL. It has maximum absorption and total protection. Also I love your videos Klai they are the best. You are such a great big sister.

Unlike in the UK, I like that I can get a 'selection box' of tampons in US stores. It makes things easier when you don't know what your flow may be like, especially when you first start your periods, or they've come back after long term contraception or pregnancy. Or when you're sending your other half to the store to buy you tampons and they don't quite understand the differences 🤣

Cora, you'll be fine. Honestly I thought it was super embarrassing buying my pads and tampons and always got my mum to get me my period products (as so happens I got the always brand for pads!). But no one actually cares - do you get embarrassed by buying toilet paper? It's effectively the same thing

I would recommend using the Always Flex Foam pads. they are super comfy and you can't even feel it. the other Always pads are scratchy and uncomfortable.

Yes i love Playtex sport myself actually now they have there clean comfort ones i have kotex tampons to but sometimes they leak so i also have veeda organic tampons and another brand in light depending on my period and flow is what i use i also have cloth pads pads and i have cups and disc lol so i can use what ever i need im due in 6 days lol symptoms already started

This is super odd but since I’ve had my period I’ve always used the always ultra thin (green ones) I have SUPER irregular periods but I tried really thick ones and leaked but when I use ultra thin I’ve never leaked heavy days and light days my family has always had such baddddd periods passing them to me so I honestly couldn’t recommend the ultra thin enough but I know everyone’s different but I would recommend giving them a go 💕

Klai you posted this video and 2-3 hours later my period came, and I went to the bathroom and realised it because I’m always gassy when I am on it and then I went to the bathroom and went in my lounge room and told my friend and she told me to get my period undies and my mum was in my room so I snuck in the room grabbed them and then I changed in the bathroom. And my period only lasts 3 days so I’m lucky.
