Robyn Lively (Louise) is older sister of Blake Lively, and Noah Blake (Rhet aka Rapping Guy) is the son of Robert Blake. I love that y'all can't remember the Nepo Babies' names. 😄

I love this movie so hard! I used to watch it all the time especially when I was a kid on tv because it was almost always a double feature with hocus pocus on Disney (minus the condom scene and I think they used to cut down the murder house make out scenes) which I think it would have been a sex scene if it weren’t for the fact that Robyn lively was 16 when she was making this movie. But I have some fun facts about this movie, dark haired rapper boy is the son of not convicted killer Robert Blake. Brad and the actress who played main blonde popular girl fell in love and got married after shooting this and are still married I believe. And a fun fact that does not pertain to this movie, but since it came up I think the usher insert shots in she’s all that were reshoots because they needed a way to explain why everyone was a great dancer and also when you guys were talking about real bands in movies playing bands all I could think about were the donnas because they were the band that always popped up in teen movies that I always remember granted I think they were only in jawbreaker and drive me crazy but those are 2 good teen movies imo especially jawbreaker. Can not wait for that retro review because I want to talk about the outfits!

Joshua John Miller is the son of Jason Miller of the Exorcist and the half brother of Jason Patric of the Lost Boys so I think his need to do the most just might be from being an old school nepo baby and the film was all the better for it

Also I was gonna recommend a movie that is very nearly batshit as prom night 2, it’s not quite there and maybe that’s because prom night 2 is Canadian and some of my favorite horror movies are Canadian (ginger snaps, my bloody valentine, happy birthday to me) but night of the demons 2 is weird and wacky and bonkers and very 90s. Would recommend that! Also very down for a future season of the witch retro review because Stonehenge and masks, deadly combination

I love Teen Witch. I have met Robin Lively twice and she was delightful. I didn't meet her in a convention setting or anything so I never told her how much I love Teen Witch! I flipping love this movie!!!! I am obsessed with Zelda Rubinstein and Richie! Obsessed! I am so glad Andrew liked it.

I would absolutely love you to review it, without making Andrew watch it. IMDB says Zelda Rubinstein's role was first offered to Bette Davies, so the casting director was doing something, i don't know if it was something good or not.

Soooo… domestic violence is never, EVER funny… not even a little bit… _however,_ that scene from 90210 in which _the_ “Donna Martin Graduate” is sooo smoothly grabbed by her asshole boyfriend and then, somehow, is seamlessly tossed down the stairs is kinda EVERYTHING and, para me, is the *perfect* example of what made 90210 so freaking amazing!

I first saw Teen Witch as a kid when I was home sick one day and for YEARS after I thought I had a fever dream and had dreamt up hornt up teens frolicing in a murder house. I stand by it being one of the greatest films of all time . Also I still think Robin is the better Lively sorry Blake.

Is Brian Austin Green gay? I don't remember hearing about that. Keep in mind the wardrobe choices were likely not up to the actor. For some reason in the show he was supposed to be like a "cool urban musician" for no reason that I can remember (although I didn't watch the show a ton, I sort of remember the early episodes where the kid shot himself playing with a gun and when Donna's virginity was a huge deal). Back then a vest with no shirt was not "gay" just "cool". Looking back, everything from the 80s that straight boys wore (crop tops, shirtless vests, super short shorts) are now gay staples, so I guess all the little boys who had their queer awakenings cemented those looks and have been bringing them back.
