I know I'm _13 years_ late, but lemme just say this: As someone who grew up with BOTH TMNT and Super Mario, TMNT and Super Mario are easily in my top 5 favorite franchises ever made, so the fact that they were mashed into one video, is totally amazing. Luigi as Casey Jones; epic. Daisy as April; creative. Mouser as Splinter; amazing. But MARIO as SHREDDER; totally epic, bro. This video is a 10/10 for me.

If you look at the state signs at 0:51 the street signs say "Eastman RD" and "Laird BLVD" as a reference to the creators of the original comics.

That frame was just chock full of fun references and throwbacks to the first live action movie. The two graffiti spots in the background "Feldman was here" and "Judith 4Ever" are references to Corey Feldman (the voice of Donatello in the 1990 movie) and Judith Hoag (April O'Neil in the same movie). The street signs themselves are a reference to a line from that movie when one of the thugs tells the police chief to go to the warehouse at the corner of Eastman and Laird to get to the bottom of their investigation, which as you said, are also the last names of the creators of the comics.

moan davalos Well in the movie it is Hawkeye x black widow so yoshi on samus would just look weird. Mario fits as Ironman, fox would look bit goofy in that costume i think, also Tony Stark has plenty of different armours and Mario power-ups that makes sense to me.
