I loved the 2003 cartoon. I've always loved the original Mirage comic, so to see a lot of those storylines get adapted into a cartoon was a real treat. Plus a lot of it was original concepts that you didn't see in Mirage like Shredder being an Utrom.

My answer to the first question... I got into the TMNT when my folks went to a convention many moons ago and I think I stayed at my grandparents with my bro back then(the late 80's I think), one of the toys they bought for us was an action figure from the classic toyline for each of us. I got Michelangelo and my bro got Raphael. I haven't heard of them till that time so after that we started watching the cartoon and got more of the toys and the rest is history!

The only question I can say is I TOTALLY agree with Mona Lisa being added to the new show! I mean, I know Ciro Neili already said they have enough female characters on the show for now, but i bet a female mutant wouldn't be a bad addition.
