The size is brilliant. When we were younger, holding the original figures and van felt massive then. As we grew up, our toys didn't but luckily Super7 scaled up all this stuff to remind us how it felt in our hands

That's ironic, because the Super7 version is based on the Playmates toy. The NECA one is based on the cartoon design.

This one is based off the old toy. The neca one is based off of the old cartoon.

Just look at pictures of the old Playmates toy van and compare it to the 1987 cartoon design. They are very different. For example, the guns were mounted on the van's roof on the cartoon. The Playmates one also had much brighter colours and lots of action features.

It’s $500. The neca van is $250 and that one is modeled after the show. The Super7 is based on the vintage toy version. Not sure why youre negative on it. This thing is huge and a great translation. I prefer the superior NECA version but they are both successes in what they set out to achieve. If youre bothered by the cost well then there’s the door. Watch your arse on the way out.

And your defending the company who got you to be 500 for it by saying it is huge and great translation...well..it better be for 500 mate🤣🤣 I think it's 🤪 And I think companies know collectors are adults who just want to spend 500 on this. It is expensive if you are used to buying figures. I switched over to statues a couple of years ago , but I did get this, and found the price refreshingly cheap compared to what I spend on even one quarter scale statue.
