This is the biggest change from their older material I’ve heard yet, so it initially caught me a little off-guard, but it checks so many boxes of stylistic elements I like that it didn’t take me long to fall in love with it. Very ’90s nostalgic. Can’t wait for the album!

Totally. Usually I'm quite fond of bubbly indie pop tunes (the new beabadobee record for example), but I think this style doesn't suite them that well. Honestly the new tracks aren't that original.
