If you take it from pills, it's clearly unnatural, because 1 century ago, without science, you couldn't do it, and i'm not even sure, at all, that an artificial vitamin equal exactly a real vitamin one.* *I have big doubt on that too.* *And a last thing, is the statement that say : a protein/vitamins from vegetables is the same that a vitamin/protein from meat. It is scientifically not true.* *Some proteins/vitamins from vegetable can not be assimilated correctly by the body.* *What make the thing dangerous.* *So for me, it would take some decades before we really know exactly how dangerous, or not, is this diet.* *But considering not eating meat, is possible, and easy, you have B12 vitamin in eggs, and cheese, and there is a lot of good vegetarian food.* *Also it help protect forests and reduce CO2, because animals need way more fields ( to create food for them ) that without them.* *So there is a lot of benefits, just from beeing vegetarian. Eggs come from chickens though. And cheese from milk producing mammals, usually cow and goat. Vegans are against that too so thar last part is not something they’d agree on. And surely cheese and eggs being retrieved by animals still means it’s partly contributing to the environmental problems you wrote about.

@@dop1000 For safety, I do something similar to raw primal diet. I think it’s more moral than most vegan diets too (for both plants and animals, not just animals). I think it’s more responsible for environment too as I’m kind if bound to get pasture raised animals usually from trusted farms or wild caught, to make sure it’s high quality to be eaten raw. So I don’t contribute to mass breeding of these animals most of the time i eat animal based and I eat animals mainly fed grass so foods that humans can’t eat which is responsible as I’m not then contributing to resources being used on raising animals I’m gonna eat rather than starving peoples across the globe.

@@dop1000 i did understand everything you said btw, but I questioned a part I didn’t think was completely gonna fix the problem you mentioned plus I found it interesting how you mentioned the B12 in eggs and cheese as if vegans can’t get enough b12 but vegetarians can considering dietary yeast can be consumed by vegans and has very high b12 amounts. So that cheese and eggs thing isn’t something a vegan would prefer when they can get vegan option of dietary yeast.
