Thank goodness there are still people that will try their best to help those in need. No, nothing could be done for this poor woman, but calling the cops should have the first thing they did. .

My dad and brother when fishing always picked up trash, tires and junk. They put a boat in a lake and while waiting for my bro to return from parking my dad saw something submerged and trolled over to it and it was a back end of a car. They called the sheriff. They came, pulled it out and there was a lady that had been missing a few days in it. Dad was a WW2 Infantry Vet and my bro a Nam vet. It screwed with both of them a lot. Point to this is I hope these teens are not emotionally effected from this.
