Yep there was a time that I would get annoyed at me stuck in traffic but then I remembered... It's not me having a bad day. It's not me being rushed to a hospital or it's not my family being called about my possible demise in a traffic accident. So then I say a little prayer for the people involved in the accident , and just be patient trying to get through it, so I can get home to my family.

@@Mega-P71 the juvenile court system could still exist for other crimes like shoplifting or possession of drugs. These teens almost killed quite a few people. That to me warrants the right for them to be charged as adults. Perhaps the 12 year old not be charged as such because of their age (and depending on their role) but I still think they should be charged as adults. You can’t expect to get away with a slap on the wrist when you almost killed multiple people.

Some of these parents even ride with their kids. A Muslim dude and his dad got into an altercation with a paper boy. They then got into a van to go find him and shoot him. The father's been arrested the son is still on the run last I heard.

What upsets me is that he needs a GoFundMe to help pay his medical bills when he was hit by a vehicle that the POLICE chased into him. His expenses should be covered by the state in full, or at least partly with the main funds coming directly from the parents of these morons. There's a reason so many places have No Chase policies, and it's for this very reason. If the critical thinking abilities of these actual children wasn't put to the test in an extremely stressful situation they might not have ran and caused all this carnage.

Has to suffer a severe whiplash even with vehicle safety features. This happened on the highway therefore some vehicles (especially the one that hit the driver) was going at highway speed or half that speed.

Something a little less dramatic (car wasn't stolen but still something of a "joy ride") happened where I lived several years ago... Teens got into a Ford Explorer, driver and one of the girls with no license switched up for a brief run up the road. Unfortunately they took the street with the funky dips in it... Way too fast... Girl driving was killed when it went airborn and rolled, coming to a stop in a ditch. None of them took the road as anything but serious after losing their friend to a stupid judgement call. TLDR: "You're absolutely correct"

They should do atleast the next 10-15 yrs behind bars 1st IMO. GIve em some time to reflect on their stupid ass choices. We all know none of these sh*theads will ever hold jobs long term especially a job that doesnt have to do with rapping or drug dealing. Dudes medical bills would never get paid.

They will get away with it. What is needed is for them to meet relatives of the victims and get sworn and shouted at. They need to be humiliated above all. Put them in stocks and have the public throw sponges at them. And shout and swear at them. Under police supervision so does not get out of hand. Seriously they need to be badly humiliated. Not protected. Gonna just do it again. And other kids will think they can do it.

Something like this happened a number of years ago in Ontario near a town called Sutton. 3 teenagers thought it would be fun to steal one of the parents’ van at 4am. Driving erratically, they were pulled over by Constable Garrett Styles. The van had been driven up onto a small embankment. When Officer Styles approached, the driver gunned it, trying to get away. He ran over Officer Styles and killed him. In the ensuing further collision the driver ended up being a quadruplegic. Finally, a fitting punishment. Officer Styles was married and had a little girl.

@@cyrene7784 yes. The young driver that hit the gas and killed the officer, I believe the van flipped and he had a spinal cord injury such that he is in a wheelchair for the rest of his life with minimal use of his arms. He was in high school at the time.
