Never ever pour hot grease down the sink. Once it solidifies It causes blockages in drains. What y’all should have done is pour the hot grease into a ceramic dish. Once it solidifies then throw it in the trash.

The bread being used is Indian naan bread , it’s for lamb , chicken , and beef cuts . Not grounded . It looks fire still , but you want to cook boneless chicken thighs with that kind of bread , salmon , lamb , skirt steak or thin sliced ribeye etc
