@@solomya4745 it did go away for me! It took few days, but it did. Also try not to drink/eat anything that stains your teeth while you have spots from the whitening strips because then you might get your teeth stained for quite some time 🤔

I went for in-chair bleaching and the dentist explained to me that with these products you buy - they just remove superficial stains. So they can be effective if you have coffee, wine or food stains. But with age the inner layer of your teeth starts to yellow as well and only a dentist can whiten those with a stronger concentration of peroxide. But if you just want to remove superficial stains I would rather recommend going for a teeth cleaning like at a dental hygienist. I drink a lot of coffee and going for a cleaning alone made my teeth like two shades brighter and removed yellow lines. It's also really important if you use these and your teeth feel sensitive to buy like a gum guard or some kind of tooth tray, put sensitive toothpaste in and sleep with it overnight or at least for a few hours. It really helps because the bleach strips the teeth and it takes a while to recover. And while using this type of product you have to avoid any food or drink that would stain a white shirt. Drink coffee with a straw if you can't cut it out.

Hahah it actually went back to normal after few days but I only tried it for three days, and a full set is a stripe everyday for TWO WEEKS, wth like that would leave people toothless like the night fury from 'how to train your dragon' 🤣🤣🤣

Hello! It lasts for a few days, as much as I remember. The most important thing is not to eat or drink anything that could potentially stain your teeth for up to a week now (turmeric, tea, coffee, etc).

Oh no! I'm so sorry, getting stains like these literally sucks. Okay, so they did dissappear after few days, but my teeth stayed a little bit more sensivite than usual. Also for at that time my teeth looked whiter, they did. But now I can't drink coffee/black tea, because my teeth gets stained very easily. You can see a massive difference after one cup of coffee for example 😭 So now I wouldn't offer you to drink any coffee/tea, don't eat food that could stain your teeth, and for a while start using toothpaste and/or liquid for sensitive teeth. There's few more ways to help your teeth, I'd offer you to Google them out and see what you could do now. Just type in teeth enamel protection or something similar to it 🤗 sending you love, we will survive this!! 😄🙈❤️

Ema Problema thanks so much it disappeared, I was so scared after the hour I was panicking and the only thing I would find was this video it was so helpful and ye that actually crazy how u can see a difference after drinking one coffee it’s so annoying cause my teeth stain easily aswell , but thanks so much I was raiding google for help and I think I’m gonna try strengthen my enamel. Thank you so much!! Charcoal toothpaste is great, I'd definitely recommend it. Try coconut oil every morning as well. Just take a bit of it, rub it into your teeth and keep it for 15-20 minutes. It takes a while to see the result, but it's the healthiest way to whiten and even strengthen your teeth! ❤️

Did you get the white spots after using the crest whitening strips? I just did it for 30 mins and it definitely left white spots on my two front teeth! Did the white spots ever go away?

I don't know about the crest whitening strips because these were the first and surely the last whitening strips I tried lol. But there's one person who's comment I pinned. The comment said that this happens because peroxyde dehydrates the teeth, and those spots will dissappear as soon as teeth remineralises itself! In my case these stains completely disappeared after about a week so you will surely be fine 🥰 but I recommend to stop using these strips, and for your own sake don't eat or drink anything that stains your teeth for a bit (like coffee, tea, any spices like turmeric, etc etc) because those spots can definitely turn into stains very quickly 😐
