Odin doesn't need a nerf. It's fine in its spot. Less for taking duels and more for defending sites from hasty pushes. And shooting people who get recon darted lol

It's also pretty map dependent. Ascent and Lotus having many spots with Thin Walls just makes it seem very oppressive when generally the map pool doesn't favour it.

My favorite hidden thing that's similar to this (I think one team, maybe FNC did it before sticking to Odin) is the Guardian is also a menace for this exact same reason which if you do it right you get some super cheeky kills like the Odin and for cheaper.

Ikr, I went from botfrag to topfrag in 4 rounds after I managed to kill the opponent phoenix and pick up his Odin. And then we got a comebacks from 5-10 because I got their phoenix again and my teammate got an Odin. 2 Odins and when we died our teammates picked them up. They flamed their phoenix so much because they felt if it wasn't for him we'd still be losing. Except that they were only so far ahead because he was killing everyone with the Odin on attack, I just got lucky one round with a neon slide guardian headshot entering from a tree. Funnily enough it was also lotus.

@@Wgrid93 Sounds like that's a fair deal when it costs more and still has less use cases than a vandal Every weapon should have SOME use case where it's a good choice, and it's ridiculous to think this weapon is talked about as if it's an econ gun being 'unbalanced' when it sees any play at all. It's literally one of the least used guns in the game, Lotus is by far it's best map, it's mostly used on defense here like it should be, and it's being talked about as if it shouldn't be here... Why? Because low elo players want to hear it

Don’t be calling for nerfs on Odin. Not all of us are Radiants or Pro players and some of us just run around spamming walls with complete nonsense and no strategy or lineups. If they don’t like it, just ban it. It’s no different if operator was dominating on a wide open map(breeze)

If they nerf the odin im never playing again. Its more expensive than vandal/phantom, has worse first bullet accuracy, but better other stats. Its more expensive, it should have better offensive capabilities in other aspects if its gonna be worse in others. If they nerf it, it will need a price decrease as well since it will just not be usable anymore.
