Hi. I jz bought this. Can i know if u experiencing motor vibration sounds like "dok dok dok dok" from the tank if u press on steam button?

Hi! Yes there’s a sound and it feels like it’s vibrating too when you press on the steam button and before steam comes out, it’s normal. I was also wondering on that sound and vibration too on my first use, but you’ll get used to it 😊

Don’t you find the board to small for e.g. trousers, dresses or bed linen?
@thebike-work-homeclub41872 ай бұрын
Hi! Yes it is when you are used to the classical ironing board length. It is not hard to adjust though, I’m used to it now, ironing a segment more since the board length is about a third short 🙂

Hi! If you mean the sound before the steam comes out, yes normal naman sya. Ako din medyo natakot sa sound na yun at first, pero normal lng naman sya 🤓

Hi, i just watched your product review. How do we know when the water level reach minimum and need topping up? Does it have an indication MIN & MAX water level?
@thebike-work-homeclub41876 ай бұрын
Hi! It doesn't seem to have a min/max mark, but what I usually do before I start ironing is I check the water tank if there is still water (please see my video at time 9:18), if I don't see water, I refill it right away (just enough that I see the water level). Make sure as well to always use distilled water. Using distilled water prevents scaling, since tap water (which has minerals) may diminish the performance of your steam iron. We are happy so far using our steam iron, been with us for about 3 months already 😊

Hi! If you mean ung water coming out of the iron plate, normal naman sya if bagong on ung steam iron. Pinapalabas ko muna usually ung water before mag plantsa. Pero if water is leaking sa hose, I think you need to have it serviced 🤓

Hi kakabili lang namin nanginginit agad handle?
@thebike-work-homeclub41872 ай бұрын
Hi! Yes, ganun sya, pero for me manageable naman yung init ng handle. You can use ironing gloves para di ka mainitan, available sya sa shopee 🙂

هل من الممكن ترجمة التجربة للغة العربية ؟
@thebike-work-homeclub41877 ай бұрын
Hi! I was able to understand your comment through auto translate of youtube in the comment section. Sorry, I can only do English subtitles. My overall experience on the Tefal Steam Iron, is good and it is really very convenient to use, make sure though to use distilled water. Hope this comment will as well be translated to Arabic 😊

@@thebike-work-homeclub4187 Thank you, my dear, for explaining the caustic iron. I had been hesitating for months to buy it, and I was also confused about which company was better (Tefal or Philips), but after watching the method of installing and using the caustic iron, I bought it directly. I appreciate your time and your interesting explanation, which helped me a lot. Thank you. (I also used Google Translate to write a binary for you)

the handle got too hot and water started dripping after 2 years of using it
@thebike-work-homeclub41878 ай бұрын
Ooh, thanks for the tip, we’ll watch out for that. We vowed to use distilled water only, hope that will help to keep that from happening 😃
