Teffo makes a U turn

Controversial defence Advocate, Malesela Teffo, has made a u-turn on his resignation in the Senso Meyiwa murder trial.
He has written to the NPA saying he wants to return to the case, despite his dramatic walk-out just weeks earlier.
Reporter Linda Mnisi and senior legal consultant, Thabo Masombuka on Teffo's return as a legal representative for accused 1 to 4 in the trial.

My Question is why would the Judge use a sangoma on Teffo when his not in any way implicated on this case. I'd assume muti is used by those involved by the likea of K and the 5 accused.

The judge is very rough & tough on Teffo only, why is he loosing temper as a judge in public & pick on Teffo only Moshololo is on the judges faiver she was also laughing wen Teffo was withdrawing the case shes the stumbling block

This is not a high school debate. The guy clearly is not clued up on court procedure. Any judge would be frustrated by such behavior because this may result in mistrial whereby his clients will not get poor representation and the victims don't get closure. He should know better than to be a drama queen.
