So... out of everyone from the early days it's just him left with his own show and he recently got a new contract. Doing a handful of free jobs for years for almost no pay yet he has no talent and his own show with Jimmy. I never understood the Sam hate. Sure his voice might be annoying but he makes a living pouring napalm on embers. Starting staff fights and arguments. Stirring shit behind the scenes until it hits the show live. Some of the best O&A moments involve him helping to fan the flames.
