air india system is going down day by day after tata group take it over . flight can be delayed due to many reasons that should be purely acceptable by all pessengers considering the safety of the flight but for long delays airline should provide proper food and accommodation to the passengers and if some passengers are not comfortable with such long delay then there ticket should be refunded . and this is a normal standard practice which all good international and national airline adopt .
