This is a bit out of topic, but do you have book recommend for consumer psychology?
@movementcreatorTV243 ай бұрын
@@rezaaldiansyahm hey there! I am happy to give you my humble recommendations. There are so many great books on consumer psychology out there in my opinion. But to have a better idea of what to recommend you, it would be helpful to know why are you interested in consumer psychology? What do you want to learn about it in particular and why? That would give me a better idea on what to recommend. Having said that, a good “entry” level book can be Nudge by Richard Thaler and Cass Sunstein
@rezaaldiansyahm3 ай бұрын
@@movementcreatorTV24 Thank you so much for the reply! I wanted to learn more about consumer psychology after reading Competing Against Luck, where the author explained a theory that a product shouldn't be simply answering the basic needs, but needs to consider the social and emotional needs. I believe reading more information regarding consumer psychology helps me understand this better so I can serve customers better. I will try Nudge, it looks good in giving me a general idea of decision making. Thank you!

Just sharing a feedback, i thought the the topic of the video was very interesting but the value or insights from it did not come off strongly. it was more of a vlog and entertaining, but i'm not able to summarize strong insight that would be valuable to me. i think there's potential to make it better hence sharing. kuddos and best wishes
