The first koken I bought was a 1/2 inch ratchet, like a normal length on and a 1/2 inch extension set. Iv used those extensions on rattle guns, as punches, on torque wrenches doing massive torque. Never failed me in 20years. I use my Koken oven my snap on for my ratchet as well, iv used a cheater bar on it and its never failed. I love them

A 50mm deep (I use one from sunex) will save you quite a bit of time changing out the female quick coupler on a CAT skidsteer. They have a shroud around them on occasion for lack of a better word that make it difficult to get a wrench on them. These are the couplers that thread directly into the manifold on the arm not the the type you can thread adapters in and out of like on the work tools.

Koken makes possibly the strongest best quality sockets and other tools ever made. But there older ratchets before the z series ratchets tooth counts were too low for auto and motorcycle mechanics. The arc swing angle was too high to do up bolts in confined spaces. Swapped my koken ratchets to my brother and he loves them for tractor/heavy diesel work. Ill need to try the new z series since they wernt are around a few years ago

I get all my koken stuff from Amazon Japan. It's half the price, sometimes less than half the price. Literally all of my koken sockets, ratchets, and other miscellaneous stuff has all been purchased from Amazon Japan for much much less. I just got in a couple ratchets last week actually. I paid $76 per ratchet, but on the Koken USA website, they are nearly $160 a piece. Granted, the koken USA stuff comes with a warranty, but I don't break my tools very often. If something does break, it's the anvil or a single socket, which costs $25 for a rebuild kit or $8 to $12 for a replacement socket. Their sockets are hands down the best I've ever seen or used. The only gripe I have is with their ratchets. I wish they used a set screw that can be tightened instead of a pin through the yoke on their flex heads.

I dont want to do mechanical work unless I really have to 😂 Cam will be getting the cold shoulder from the tool pimps on the Snap On trucks 🤣 When Cam was fondling the ratchets they are buttery smooth.
