Kazuya was much better in Tekken 2. I remember playing hours in VS mode with my childhood friend mostly against Lei Wulong. Baek was my number 2 after Kazyua.

The one time Heihachi did anything to save his son, as far as I know. Also, it's weird that Kazuya's Stage 8 battle is against Roger - I guess they couldn't think of anyone else to go there?

Heihachi's stage Pagoda Temple plays Kazuya's music in place of the regular stage BGM.

*This is where "Command list" is introduced. I would spend hours! learning moves,* but still didn't learned the rest. *The PS1 version of Tekken 1, 2 and 3 are the "complete!/updated" versions of the game,* got it around 1996 on the PS1. *I have never played the Arcade version* of the same game.

To unlock Kazuya, first beat Arcade Mode with all ten starting characters then beat Arcade Mode as any of those ten sub boss characters.

Kazuya is the only character in this 2nd game's roster to not fight Alex, Roger, or even Kuma on stage 4 if he wins stage 3 with a "great". Since he fights Roger as his stage 8 sub boss. And he's the only character who cannot unlock Roger or Alex.
