It's always a pleasure to witness these old glories the way they were originally conceived on real hardware. It doesn't matter how close their home counterparts are, the arcade versions do feel and look superior in any way possible, at least, in the case of Tekken

Damn man they really fucked up the ‘heavy kick’ sound effect on the ps1 version. Sound like its supposed to here (maybe all the sfx are messed up on ps1 when I think about it)

That's not the only sound effect being different from the arcade version, they were likely compressed for the PS1 version. It's weird that the Tekken 5's Arcade History versions of this and Tekken 2 still use the PS1 sound effects despite being the arcade versions of those games.
