The issue here is, that you blame the devs and writers to don't give a shit and are just after the money while you throw out false facts. Jinpachi isn't and hasn't been the source of the Devil Gene Harada stated that already and said that after his death in imprisonment he became possessed by an evil Spirit (look it up if you want to). This is further supported by the fact that Heihachi doesn't have the Devil Genes at all in his blood. How can that be when Jin inherited that gene by his father Kazuya. Then Hei must have it as well through Jinpachi, but he doesn't It's the same shit with Jun and that people keep saying that "She is murdered by Ogre" even though Harada confirmed that she just went missing AFTER being attacked by Ogre. Just get your facts straight when you accuse someone of something.

Look up Jinpachis Wiki entry for gods sake and don't look for dumb excuses to talk you out of this... Genes don't "skip" they become either recessive or dominant which means, they stay in the genom being passed through each individual generations. Heihachi has been conducting research on him and found out, that he doesn't have any genetic material of the Devil in his body, period. That's the reason why he was looking for Jin and Kazuya in Tekken 4. To get a hand on the Devil Gene.

I play it to fight others and for the story. It kinda makes how they didn't have gameplay ready. Tekken is know for having one of the most complex fighting systems in the world. They still have to add new moves, test them, add other features, still test it and make sure they fit into the characters specific fighting technique and people expect gameplay? It's easy to say that when you're not making the game.

I'm banking my money on Heihachi killing Kasumi only because she couldn't control her devil ability, and he just didn't know how to cope with the pain which lead to do what he's been doing. Also, Kasumi confirmed boss in game? Maybe? We at least know what her devil form kind of looks like. It looks way more elegant than Jin and Kazuya's for sure. All I want to know is who was she talking to this entire video?

Is it me or is the whole Tekken series a mind-fuck of who is Good, who is Bad and stuff. I mean consider how Jin in Tekken 6 caused so much destruction that we thought he was the bad guy when in fact he did it to save the world (at a high price). Kazuya happened to be more corrupt than his father during Tekken 2, whilst he ran the Mishima Zaibatsu, of course he was under the influence of 'Devil' (If we consider his existence) and he was in conflict due to 'Angel' and Jun. Heihachi though looked for immortality, he was set back enough times that he decided by Tekken 6 to set aside his quest considering he probably wasn't ready to fight Jin or Kazuya. What about Lars? He was clearly a good guy but what of him now? Is Lars bad now? Is he to fall under the same fate of those of the Mishima bloodline!? Damn it, Tekken 7 please make sense of it all!

I’m so excited for this game. I know a lot of people are pissed about removing bounds and adding the Rage Arts but personally I think these are both great changes. The bound system just provided opportunities for newbies (like myself) to easily, without any skill, pick our opponent back up and juggle them. Depleting almost all of their health. I think that’s unfair. Basically if a pro gets bounded, I can still finish them off. Now without it I’ve actually got to learn how to fight fight. Not just execute moves that can give me a bound. And the Rage Arts are great. Every fighting game has a way to level the playing field if you’re losing pretty badly. You can only activate it when your health is critically low, they can be blocked, and even if they hit it’s totally possible for you to still lose. And when the graphics are completed, it’s going to look gorgeous. Just my opinion!

dseer13 I think it only made a deal with him because of his bloodline. But Kazumi started the whole hing. Devil did the same thing with Jin too, and even Jinpachi for some reason.

Michael Scott It's a heap of retcons Firstoff, originally the idea was that Jinpachi was the source of the Devil Gene and it simply skipped a generation with Heihachi, but that's been retconned to him simply being possessed by a vengeful demon In 1994, yes, Kazuya did make a pact with Devil to survive. It was a lot more spiritual/religiously connoted than the concept of the Devil Gene. I assume that this translates today to the fall from the cliff awakening Kazuya's Devil Gene, but that also lends the problem of Tekken 3 establishing that part of Devil left Kazuya after his "death" to inhabit Jin while in utero In conclusion - Devil as an entity does not exist in the new canon and is instead a term applied to a transformation, shown by Kazumi, Kazuya, and Jin all gaining "Devil" forms

Focus that processing power on characters instead. Enough with the stupid juggles. Give characters more realistic costumes. ToeCutter Why do you like Tekken then? Play Virtua Fighter instead. Realistic Combat, Realistic( for japanese people)Costume. No real story at all. Yeah there is a difference why I prefer Tekken over VF and that's the presentation of the game, the character designs and many other things. But yeah let's change the whole thing and why not give a completely different name, so that you can be happy with your glorious gaming elite PC.

Tekken is one of the Best and probably the best fighting game of all time. Not so much complicated moves and buttons. This game gave the significance of timing and left/right limbs (LP, RP, LK and RK) making the game more interesting and exciting. The different fighting styles are emphasized. Tekken 3 was a breakthrough and no other game can even come close to it.

Greatest fighting game of all time. The anticipation for this one is tremendous. The promise of the story line with the power of nex gen capabilities...cant wait. Kazuya forever.
