15:43 After the drop kick how do you get that while rising 1,2,3 combo so quickly? I've been trying for awhile now but the opponent gets up before I can pull it off. I'm on a PS5 controller so maybe that's my problem haha

I'm also using the PS5 controller. The trick is to buffer the forward input. Start hitting (forward) repeatedly, fffff really fast as soon as you land d/b+1,3, then you should be able to catch up with the rolling opponent and be able to pick them up in time with ws123 and then continue with your combo. I would suggest to keep practice this in practice mode on open stages and you will manage it eventually. Hope this helps
